1 / Does Cairnline Ventures invest?
We do not invest or manage a fund. We operate as embedded strategic operators. If that changes, we will update this page.
2 / Do you make investor introductions?
We do not make investor introductions for companies that we are not actively engaged with. We do this to preserve the deep relationships we've developed with investors across the globe, ensuring that we are deeply integrated into a company's future before diluting an introduction for a company we aren't connected with.
3 / Do you take equity?
Occasionally in long-term partnerships we may include a small equity component tied to scope and outcomes. Cash fees still apply.
4 / Do you work with companies like ours?
Early-stage B2B SaaS and medtech teams from pre-revenue to Series A that want an operator to design and run go-to-market, pricing, onboarding, and investor readiness.
5 / What problems do you solve first?
Message-market clarity, ICP segments, sales motion design, pricing and packaging, onboarding friction, revenue operations, and investor readiness milestones.
6 / How do engagements work?
Two paths: a focused sprint to install key systems, or a long-term embedded partnership where we run the system with you.
7 / What does the first consultation cover?
Goals, constraints, funnel snapshots, pricing hypotheses, onboarding gaps, and near-term moves. You leave with a concise diagnostic and next steps.
8 / Why do you charge in USD?
Most clients bill in USD, so we standardize in USD. If you need CAD, tell us at booking. Taxes are applied as required by law.
9 / What is your refund and cancellation policy?
